Terms of Service

Ultimately is an expense-tracking app with AI-assisted voice logging. You log expenses manually or by voice; the App helps categorize and structure them. It is a tracking tool, not financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. Decisions you make based on data in the App are your own responsibility.

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) to use the App. If you're under 18, you need a parent or guardian's permission.

Creating an account is optional. Manual and voice expense logging both work without one. An account (email-based, passwordless) is required only to purchase a paid plan. You're responsible for keeping access to your email secure, since that's how you sign in.

• Premium is sold as an auto-renewing subscription through the Apple App Store or Google Play.

• Billing, renewal, and cancellation are handled entirely by Apple/Google, not by us. To cancel or manage your subscription, use your App Store or Google Play account settings — we cannot process cancellations directly.

• Refunds are subject to Apple's and Google's own refund policies. We do not independently issue refunds for purchases made through their platforms.

• Prices may vary by region and are shown in the App Store/Play Store listing before purchase.

• We may change what's included in Free vs. Premium (voice-log limits, currency support, Cloud Sync availability) over time; changes won't retroactively remove access you've already paid for within a billing period.

The free tier includes a limited, one-time voice-logging allowance and single-currency tracking. These limits are configurable on our end and may change; we'll make reasonable efforts to reflect current limits in the App's own upsell copy.

You retain ownership of the expense data you enter. You're responsible for the accuracy of what you log — the App (including its AI-assisted voice logging) helps structure your input but does not verify it against any external source. You agree not to:

• Attempt to circumvent usage limits (e.g., by falsifying device identifiers or automating requests).

• Use the App to process, log, or transmit content unrelated to legitimate personal expense tracking in a way that abuses our transcription/extraction infrastructure.

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the App's source code beyond what's permitted by open-source licenses of its dependencies.

• Use the App in any way that violates applicable law.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for accounts that violate this section.

The App relies on third-party providers (Supabase, OpenAI, Anthropic, RevenueCat, Apple, Google, PostHog) to function. We are not responsible for outages, errors, or data-handling practices of these providers beyond our agreements with them, described in our Privacy Policy.

The App is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-assisted transcription/extraction will always be accurate — that's exactly why every voice-logged expense goes through a review screen before it saves.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Astorik is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including financial decisions made based on data logged in it.

You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time by contacting support@astorik.com. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

We may update these terms as the App changes. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
